Bear’s Approach to the Lower Body, From Great Toe to Iliac Crest

This seminar will examine Bear’s approach to the synchronized movement that must occur in order for bipedal locomotion to occur in a coordinated flow to maximize mobility. The structures of the lower extremity will be discussed and methods for examination and treatment demonstrated. Clinical tips gleaned over 4 decades of practice will be liberally added to discussions of each area to reinforce the concepts give. The effects of dysfunction on the body above the Iliace crest will also be discussed. The Ursa concept will be explored and how various systems of treatment may be utilized to improve your outcomes. Using your assessment to lay out a treatment sequence will be a central theme of this seminar. Lecture and Demonstration.
