This class will cover each individual vertebra from a functional standpoint. Biomechanical relationships will be covered emphasizing adaptive behavior in health and dysfunction. The implications of normal and abnormal situations will be explained for the neurologic, lymphatic and vascular structures to be covered. By the completion of the course, the participants should be able to understand the implications of dysfunction of each vertebra and develop strategies for dealing with each. The participant should have an appreciation of the parasympathetic and sympathetic problems seen in clinical practice that are due to dysfunction of each vertebral level. Lecture Format.
